2.1 A non-refundable deposit of [X%] of the total price is required to confirm the booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance. 2.2 Full payment must be made [X] days prior to the event date. 4.1 Da Luxury Events is responsible for delivering and setting up balloon decorations at the specified location and time agreed upon in the booking. 4.2 Client must ensure there is adequate space for the installation of the decorations and ensure access to the venue at the agreed time. 4.3 Any delays caused by the client (e.g., access issues) may incur additional charges. 4.4 The client is responsible for informing Da Luxury Events of any venue restrictions, permits, or other relevant regulations prior to the event.
5.1 Da Luxury Events will create balloon designs according to the agreed specifications and theme. 5.2 All balloon decorations are designed to last for the duration of the event. However, Da Luxury Events is not responsible for any damage to the balloons after the installation, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, sharp objects, or rough handling. 5.3 Balloon colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting or material differences.
6.1 Da Luxury Events is not liable for any damages caused by balloon decorations after installation, including personal injury or property damage. 6.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that the decorations are kept in a safe condition during the event. 6.3 Da Luxury Events will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, or negligence by the client or venue.
7.1 If post-event removal of balloon decorations is required, this must be specified at the time of booking and may incur additional charges. 7.2 The client is responsible for disposing of the decorations if no post-event removal service is booked.
8.1 Da Luxury Events reserves the right to use images of decorations created for events in marketing materials, including social media and promotional content, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client in writing. 8.2 Clients who do not wish their event to be photographed or shared must notify Da Luxury Events in advance.
9.1 Any changes to the event date, location, or balloon design must be communicated at least [X] days before the event and may incur additional charges. 9.2 Da Luxury Events cannot guarantee the availability of materials or staff for last-minute changes.
